At Aquarabia Qiddiya City, The Entry Operations Host I plays a key front-line role in welcoming guests, ensuring smooth arrival and exit processes, and managing access control.
This role is responsible for creating outstanding first impressions, coordinating guest transportation, and ensuring the seamless use of turnstiles and Aqua Fast Pass access control, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest service.
Additionally, supports the management of daily operations within the Guest Operations department, ensuring consistent service delivery and effective team coordination.
JOB-SPECIFIC: ▪ Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive and friendly first impression while ensuring the overall safety of all guests and colleagues within and while visiting Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City.
▪ Manage and operate all entry and exit processes, including ticket scanning, pass validation, turnstile access control, verification of tickets and wristbands, re-entry validation, Adventure Experiences access control, Aqua Fast Pass access at rides and attractions, VIP Groups, and Cabana rentals, ensuring smooth and efficient guest flow at all times.
▪ Assist with guest transportation logistics for arrival and exit, provide directions to transportation, parking, and shuttles, and actively manage queues during peak times to maintain operational efficiency.
▪ Provide clear, accurate information regarding park hours, attractions, and services, and respond to guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and suggestions professionally and in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
▪ Support day-to-day efficiency across ticketing, guest services, and park access operations, and work closely with co-workers and the park-wide contact center/support team to assist guests with communication and feedback.
▪ Ensure full compliance with all park policies, procedures, safety and security standards, and Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City operational and quality standards, maintaining consistency with departmental goals for quality, safety, and efficiency.
▪ Coordinate and communicate effectively with Security, Transportation, Guest Services, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of operational plans and smooth guest arrival and exit experiences.
Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready entry and access areas.
▪ Maintain accurate records and reports related to entry operations, including visitor statistics, incidents, and equipment maintenance.
Assist in emergency response procedures at access points by guiding guests safely when required.
▪ Thank guests sincerely for visiting and wish them a safe journey home.
▪ Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Education: High School/ Diploma Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in Entry Operations, Access Control, Crowed Control, Guest Services or similar roles, preferably within a water theme park or event setting.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming demeanor.
Ability to quickly address guest concerns.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage Guest flows efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Languages: Fluent in Arabic, Excellent English.
