Roles & Responsibilities;
- Planning, directing and coordinating marketing and sales management activities of the GRADE KSA.
- Responsible for sales activities and achievement of the sales goals and targets in KSA.
- Responsible for developing business, revenue and customer base in Grade KSA. Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market-share targets.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
- Responsible in developing all activities and initiatives that are necessary to achieve these goals, supported by the departments that will assist with technical scooping and engineering.
- Provide professional advice and support to existing and new customers in KSA region. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Collect feedback on product and/or product improvements, advise clients on innovative and high-quality solutions and support them in carrying out their projects.
- Will work closely with the technical department. Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain to support market needs.
- Will do his best to increase the market share of GRADE. Ensure effective pipeline and opportunity management.
- Responsible in the awareness and image of GRADE and will work in consultation from relevant departments for the right approach and presentation.
- Responsible in investing in maintaining and expanding the network of contracts.
- Must be willing to travel as industry functions require. Regular travel within the country and occasionally regionally/internationally may be required.
- Building customer relations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Selling to customer needs.
- Negotiation with customers. Oversee negotiation of major contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Sales planning.
- Matching sales goals. Track sales performance versus targets and produce regular reports for senior management.
- Managing sales processes, incl. internal corporation and alignment activities. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and tools.
- Responsible for selected customers. Identify new business opportunities, segments, and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the country sales team to achieve targets.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching and development.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability building of sales staff.
- Systematic approach towards the sales process.
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business, Marketing Chemistry, Process Technology, Process Engineering or similar with several years of practical experience in the sales of machinery or solutions to process industry.
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ work experience in industrial refrigeration.
- Proactive, having excellent commercial and technical skills, persuasive, relentless drive to obtain results and customer- and market-oriented.
- Networker and relationship builder.
- Excellent skills in effective communication both verbal and written.
- Age between 35-45 years old.
Skills
