On behalf of our client, we are seeking Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing assigned key accounts by ensuring financial performance, commercial alignment, and operational excellence. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, expanding account revenue, monitoring P&L performance, and coordinating with internal commercial, finance, and operations teams to ensure sustainable growth and service quality. Responsibilities: Manage and develop assigned key accounts to ensure long-term partnership Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing accounts Monitor account financial performance (P&L, margins, cost structures) Ensure commercial agreements align with profitability targets Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams Build strong senior-level client relationships Ensure financial and commercial processes are properly managed Address escalations and resolve client issues proactively Support strategic planning for account growth Ensure compliance with internal policies and commercial standards Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field 8-10+ years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Managed Services or any related field. Experience managing large, well-known corporate accounts Strong exposure to sectors with high procurement volumes (e.g., Facilities Management, Industrial, Large Corporations) Experience handling financial performance and commercial negotiations Fluent English (written & spoken) Strong field presence (client-facing role - 80% field-based) Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
