Role Purpose
Responsible as senior technical authority for the Quality Department, support in quality strategy, governing standards, and ensuring organizational excellence across all projects.
Key Accountabilities
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects focused on reducing defects, improving processes, and increasing overall quality.
- Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement tools.
Quality Management Systems (QMS):
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust quality management systems.
- Ensure these systems are compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare detailed reports on quality improvement activities, trends, and outcomes, presenting findings to senior management.
Risk Management:
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential quality issues.
- Implement preventive measures to minimize risk and ensure product reliability.
Improvement & RCA:
- Facilitate root cause analysis for systemic issues.
- Recommend corrective/preventive actions across the organization.
- Support lessons learned programs and standardization efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including engineering, production, procurement, and customer service, to ensure quality improvement initiatives are integrated across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO9001, Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) are preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 10 Years of experience in quality assurance and control in multi project environments.

- Experience in Project quality management
- Must have a thorough knowledge of Process and engineering practices, design details, international Codes, Standards and Specifications
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task various assignments and consistently meet project deadlines with positive organizational outcomes are required
- Must be able to communicate fluently in oral and written English o Knowledge of reading and using project control tools (Primavera, MS Project, MS Office, etc.)
