- Description: Responsibilities
•Lead and manage all mechanical engineering activities across multiple MEP projects
•Establish technical standards, procedures, and best practices for mechanical systems delivery
•Review and approve mechanical designs, shop drawings, and value engineering proposals
•Provide strategic technical guidance to project teams, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met
•Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on complex technical matters
•Mentor and develop mechanical engineers, ensuring capability growth and technical excellence
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; master’s degree preferred
•15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within large-scale MEP contracting projects
•In-depth expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and building services systems
•Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
•Strong commercial awareness, technical decision-making, and risk management skills
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
