Job Purpose:
As a key member of the Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI) in-house operations and management team, the Senior Technician/Coordinator will lead technical operations for electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance of EV Charging infrastructure. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to supervise and coordinate technical tasks while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

- Advanced electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components
- Understanding of EVCI network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, OCPP, OCPI)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Experience with electrical testing equipment and procedures
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems
- Ability to use diagnostic software for EVCI troubleshooting
- Competent with MS Office applications for documentation and reporting
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Basic data analysis capabilities for performance monitoring
Safety Knowledge
