Job Purpose:
- The Senior Administrator – Mobility Systems is responsible for supporting, Coordinating and optimizing enterprise mobility systems and technology operations. The role ensures effective lifecycle management of mobile devices, SIM cards, MDM platforms, and mobile
- ty applications, while maintaining compliance, operational continuity, and alignment with organizational policies.
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate allocation of mobility assets including mobile phones, tablets, SIM cards, routers, and accessories.
- Provide support to Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms for Android and iOS, including profile creation, policy enforcement, application deployment, and compliance monitoring.
- Coordinate SIM card activation, deactivation, transfers, and subscription management with telecom providers.
- Maintain accurate mobility asset inventory; perform periodic audits and reconciliations and report findings.
- Provide Level 1 support for mobility systems-related incidents and service requests.
- Support new site deployments with mobility readiness checks.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance policies.
- Coordinate with vendor and escalate service delivery issues when required.
- Participate in testing related to mobile devices, tablets for every release or upgraded version
- Support line manager and Mobility Systems team on special projects as and when required.
- Conduct periodic visits to different office locations to ensure upkeep of IT Assets and provide support.
- Maintain track of Inventory and IT support tickets with status updates

Job Requirements:
Qualification and Experience:
- Enterprise mobility management and MDM expertise.
- Android and iOS administration experience.
- Telecom and SIM lifecycle management knowledge.
- ITSM, asset management, and CMDB familiarity.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and documentation skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in IT Operations or Mobility Systems.
- Experience supporting large-scale mobile deployments
