Static & Equipment QC Inspector (ARAMCO Approved – CBT Passed)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Static & Equipment QC Inspector who is ARAMCO-approved and CBT-passed to ensure quality control and inspection of static equipment in compliance with project specifications, international standards, and Saudi Aramco requirements. 

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring fabrication, erection, testing, and documentation activities for static equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform inspection of static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, columns, reactors, and piping components.

* Ensure compliance with **Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES)** and project specifications.

* Conduct inspection activities, including:

  * Material Receiving Inspection (MRI)

  * Dimensional Inspection

  * Fit-up & Welding Inspection

  * NDT Review & Monitoring

  * Hydrostatic & Pneumatic Testing

  * Final Inspection & Mechanical Completion

* Review and verify quality documents such as ITPs, WPS/PQR, Mill Test Certificates (MTC), and test reports.

* Witness and coordinate third-party inspections when required.

* Monitor fabrication and installation works to ensure compliance with codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM).

* Raise and follow up on NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

* Maintain proper documentation and prepare daily/weekly QC reports.

* Coordinate with client representatives and ensure smooth inspection approvals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

* Saudi Aramco Approved QC Inspector (SAP No. preferred).

* CBT Passed (Saudi Aramco Computer-Based Test).

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects.

* Strong knowledge of:

  * ASME Section VIII

  * ASME B31.3

  * API 650 / 620

  * Saudi Aramco standards

* CSWIP 3.1 / AWS / BGAS (preferred).

* Familiarity with NDT methods (RT, UT, PT, MT).

* Good communication and reporting skills.

Skills & Competencies:

* Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures

* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and isometrics

* Excellent documentation and coordination skills

* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
