1.Overall MEP Coordination & Management
Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across the project lifecycle — from design review to commissioning and handover — ensuring alignment with project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
2.Design Review & Technical Compliance
Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, and calculations submitted by consultants and contractors; ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), SASO, SEC, NWC, NFPA, IEC, and other relevant local/international standards.
3.Contractor & Subcontractor Supervision
Oversee MEP subcontractors’ performance on site; conduct regular inspections, coordinate weekly progress meetings, and enforce safety, quality, and productivity benchmarks.
4.Interface Management
Coordinate MEP systems integration with architectural, structural, and façade teams; resolve clashes using BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks); ensure seamless coordination between disciplines during construction and testing phases.
Skills
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Water Supply & Drainage, or related majors; certification from Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
2. Minimum 15 years of MEP working experience, with at least 5 years working experience in Saudi Arabia. Must have successfully completed at least 2 building projects in Saudi Arabia, including at least 1 large-scale commercial complex or stadium project.
3. Familiar with local Saudi regulations, inspection & acceptance procedures and requirements, as well as international standards including IEC, NFPA, IEEC.
4. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
