We’re hiring: Associate (Digital Solutions) You will be the engine of our digital operations, bridging the gap between client requirements and innovative execution.
As an Associate, you’ll be part of the Digital Solutions team.
You’ll be responsible for the operational aspect of delivering digital tools services.
Using Tam’s packaged solutions, the digital operations team satisfies the client/project objectives.
Your day-to-day includes: Operating digital tools and collecting client’s requirements.
Communicating with internal teams and managing different teams of freelance workers.
Participating in strategic product management activities to enhance product functionality.
Key Responsibilities: Lead analytical execution and deliver high-quality client outputs.
Manage digital tools and coordinate with freelance teams.
Translate complex ideas into client-ready insights.
Mentor analysts and contribute to strategic product growth.
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience Experience: 4+ years in account management, client servicing, process improvement, and optimization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is a must.
Preferred specializations: Operations Management, Information Systems (MIS), or Industrial Engineering.
Professional Certifications: * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.
Additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma , Agile/Scrum , or Business Analysis (CBAP) are a significant plus.
Technical Skills: Strong data analytical skillset with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint .
Leadership: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and oversee junior team members and research efforts.
Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English (Spoken and Written).
Strategic Mindset: Strong client-facing experience with a focus on strategic thinking and operational excellence .
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with sound judgment, initiative, and high attention to detail.
Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia (National ID or transferable Iqama).
