Description

The Clinical Application Specialist will act as the key link between advanced X-ray imaging systems and healthcare providers across the MEAR region.



Key responsibilities include:
Providing clinical and technical application support to distributors and end usersConducting on-site and remote demonstrations, user training, and workflow optimization sessionsSupporting radiology teams with imaging protocols, dose management, and best-practice guidanceAssisting distributors in troubleshooting application-related queriesAnalyzing customer workflows and recommending optimal system configurations to enhance efficiency and image qualityCollaborating with sales, service, and R&D teams to communicate market feedback and support product improvementsParticipating in product launches, workshops, and educational initiativesStaying updated on software upgrades, clinical developments, and emerging imaging technologies


Profile

The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication skills:
Bachelor's degree in Radiology Technology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related fieldExpert knowledge of X-ray imaging systems and medical imaging softwareStrong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging protocols, and dose managementPrevious experience in clinical application support or training is preferredStrong presentation and stakeholder engagement skillsFluent in Arabic and EnglishWillingness to travel as required
