We are seeking to hire (1) Application Support Engineer to join our IT team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supporting business applications and ensuring high availability, performance, and smooth operations
:Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for enterprise applications and resolve operational issues
- Monitor application performance and ensure systems operate efficiently
- Analyze application errors and logs to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Receive and follow up on support tickets through tracking systems while meeting agreed SLAs
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex incidents
- Perform initial testing after updates, patches, or configuration changes
- Support deployment and release management activities
- Document incidents, solutions, and operational procedures
- Deliver user support and basic training when required
- Suggest technical improvements to enhance application efficiency and user experience
Ensure application security and compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills
:Knowledge of
- .NET environment
- SQL Server / Oracle Databases
- JavaScript
- Angular
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support workflows
- Understanding of deployment processes and system integration is a plus
