Nasoft is hiring a Business Development Manager For one of our client in Riyadh that specialized in Digital Marketing and advertising Services .
Responsibilities :- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits Recruit, hire, and train sales team Demonstrating and presenting products Establishing new business Maintaining accurate records Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings Reviewing sales performance Negotiating contracts and packages Working towards monthly or annual targets Benefits and Working Conditions :- Working Days : 5 days / week ( 2 days off ) Working hours : 8h Social and medical Insurance provided 3% commission + fixed salary job type : onsite job location : Riyadh - Saudi Arabia Bachelor’s degree in marketing, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
+10 years is the minimum experience, Prior sales experience in Marketing Agencies or Advertising services Proficiency in English Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics Faster learning ability and passion for sales Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach Good presentation Skills Effective Communication Skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Superb leadership ability Ability to relocate to Riyadh
