Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Project Manager based in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing, designing, and implementing HR projects, policies, and initiatives to meet company goals. The selected candidate will manage HR activities, analyze employee needs, maintain compliance with labor laws, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include supporting organizational development and leading the execution of HR strategies

Qualifications

• Aramco Projects experience
• Experience in HR Project Management and proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) operations
• Strong HR Management skills and ability to lead organizational initiatives
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess HR strategies and decision-making processes
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively liaise with various teams and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance standards, particularly within Saudi Arabia's regulatory framework
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
