Role Profile:Job Title: Specialist, Facility Management Department: Aluminum BU, Facility Management Job Location: Bai'atha, North, Saudi Arabia. Working hours: 8 hours Job post duration: starting 11 February 2026 - end date: 21 February 2026Type of work: Full-time
Job Purpose:To lead and manage end-of-the-end Facilities Management (FM) services at Baitha Mine. This includes maintenance, operations, and catering, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient and optimized service delivery. The role is to provide technical leadership, coordination and accountability for Baitha Mine FM services and activities, ensuring service continuity and operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities:Manage and control the site budget. Full operation of Catering services. Providing more than 500 meals in daily basis considering all hygiene and safety requirements and food quality. Supervise all maintenance requests of buildings in plant side. Manage waste management for both village and plant side Build and maintain vendor and service provider relationships to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery Lead regular assessments of Baitha facilities and services to identify opportunities for improvement. Plan initiatives to upgrade infrastructure and enhance service quality Conduct monthly inspections on Baitha facility management services to ensure compliance with Maaden standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of all Baitha vendors to evaluate and improve team effectiveness. Develop, update, and review all FM services related documents whenever is required Supervising >100 employees (contractors) Supervising all renovation/modification projects. Managing events and preparing all necessary permits required Raising PRs, Selecting vendor and execution. Handling requests approvals for all FM services request in the system in daily basis (catering, transportation, office services, soft services and maintenance) Preparing Baitha FM services monthly report and reviewing invoices, monthly cost report and accruals. Develop SWI, SOPs and guidelines related to Facility management services to ensure safe and smooth operation. Manage permit issuance for all related maintenance tasks including risk assessment, Job Safety Analysis and other safety requirements. Collaborate with other departments and external parties, Government departments (SFS, Police explosive department, police and governor of neighboring cities) and vendors to coordinate and oversee facility Management services. Self-Management Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Demonstrate strong personal organization and time-management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Take full accountability for assigned facilities operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Proactively identify issues, risks, or inefficiencies within FM operations and implement corrective actions without close supervision. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FM standards, safety regulations, and best practices, ensuring ongoing compliance. Manage workload independently while coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and escalate critical issues appropriately and in a timely manner. Continuously monitor personal performance and seek feedback to drive professional improvement. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to FM activities and compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field FMP/CFM is an advantage Minimum Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
