Job Requirements

* Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
* Contacting customers as required and ensure data is recorded in C@P.
* Following the campaign procedure.
* Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
* Provide customers with product and service information.
* Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
* Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
* Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
* Create leads and restore on the system.
* Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
* Recommend process improvements.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Enhance customer profiles with additional information such as hobbies, birth dates, owned cars, …etc.
* Schedule consultations, explanations or configuration appointments with the Porsche Pro team.
* Schedule test drives with the Porsche Pro team.
* Invite prospects and customers to events at the dealership.
* Provide lead data analysis.
* Keep abreast of customer trends and moods.
* Supply customers with accurate information.
* Develop expert knowledge of our products, systems and processes.
* Fulfil the potentials without disturbing prospects


Job Summary
