Job Summary The HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards. The role leads HSE initiatives across projects, promoting a safe work environment and fostering a strong safety culture.

Roles & Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across projects Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and industry best practices Lead accident/incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions Coordinate HSE training and awareness programs for all project personnel Monitor HSE performance, prepare reports, and present findings to management Provide guidance to project teams on HSE matters and ensure adherence to safety protocols Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
Mandatory Requirements At least 10 years of professional experience in HSE management Holds an appropriate university degree Holds a recognized certification in occupational safety and health (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
