A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of BIM Coordinator – MEP
QUALIFICATION:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, Auto CAD, and other BIM tools Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction workflows, and coordination practices Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination for MEP systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate and manage MEP BIM models across all project stages Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings Support the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
