About the job Reporting Engineer

Key Responsibilities




  • Collect and consolidate project data from consultants, contractors, and internal PMC teams.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project reports, dashboards, and presentations.

  • Track project progress against approved baselines for schedule, cost, and milestones.

  • Support preparation and updating of project KPIs, progress curves, and performance indicators.

  • Assist in monitoring risks, issues, and mitigation actions for inclusion in reports.

  • Coordinate with planning, cost control, and technical teams to validate reported data.

  • Maintain reporting templates, logs, and document control for project reporting.

  • Support progress meetings by preparing reports, minutes, and action trackers.

  • Highlight deviations, trends, and potential risks in a clear and structured manner.

  • Ensure consistency of reporting formats and compliance with Client reporting requirements.


Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

  • 10 years of experience in project reporting, planning, or project controls on infrastructure or railway projects.

  • Strong understanding of project controls, progress measurement, and reporting processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with reporting dashboards is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6 and Power BI is required

  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
