We are seeking a senior Project Controls leader to drive integrated planning, cost management, performance reporting, and governance across major infrastructure and construction programs in Saudi Arabia.
The role requires a professional capable of building control frameworks, leading multi-discipline teams, and providing executive visibility to top management.
Role Responsibilities Lead master scheduling, cost control, and progress measurement across multiple projects. Establish baselines, recovery strategies, and performance metrics. Oversee forecasting, cash flow, and earned value. Drive reporting for senior leadership and steering committees. Lead planning, cost, and reporting teams. Interface with project directors, commercial, and engineering. Ensure data integrity across systems and workflows.
Mandatory Expertise15+ years in Project Controls within construction / giga projects. Proven leadership at program or portfolio level. Advanced knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6. Strong command of cost & performance management. Experience working with executive stakeholders.
Highly Preferred Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier. PMO / governance framework implementation. Multi-project oversight.
