Project Governance Manager Key Responsibilities:Support the PMO in financial planning, monitoring, and reporting across the project andassociated contracts. Monitor financial performance against approved budgets and support corrective actionswhere required. Review and validate financial data, invoices, and cost-related submissions in coordinationwith project and technical teams. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making related to projectperformance, risks, and changes. Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports (monthly / quarterly) submitted to seniormanagement and stakeholders. Support in the development of the current operations and methodologies (e.g. processes,procedures, and templates) Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, andtimely financial reporting and information. Assist in assessing the financial impact of risks, delays, and variations across the projects. Ensure alignment of financial activities with the overall PMO structure and projectmanagement processes. Job Requirements:Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within programmanagement, PMO, or multi-contract environments. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Proven experience within consultancy firms (e.g., Big 4 or equivalent professional servicesfirms) or similar advisory environments. Experience in financial monitoring, reporting, and governance within large-scale projects orprograms. Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills. Ability to analyze data and generate reports using tools such as Power Point, Power BI, orsimilar tools. Ability to prepare structured presentations and written reports suitable for seniormanagement and government entities. Required: Experience in the real estate development sector. Preferred: Experience with off-plan (Wafi) real estate projects. Preferred: Experience working with government or semi-government entities.
