Job Details

Job Purpose Responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to increase brand awareness, achieve sales targets, enhance customer experience, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities Develop brand strategies and marketing plans to support growth and increase market share. Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns to ensure effective message delivery. Analyze brand performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), sales reports, and market research. Work closely with sales teams to identify market opportunities and improve customer experience. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing channels and materials. Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. Monitor competitors and market trends to provide strategic recommendations that enhance competitiveness. Manage the brand’s marketing budget efficiently and ensure optimal utilization. Manage social media accounts and digital communication channels. Handle public relations activities and coordinate with media outlets.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience & Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing. Strong skills in strategic planning and project management. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of local and regional markets and consumer behavior.
