Job Details

-          Organize, controller/ administration for all Operations Unit/Ramp Operation, Sky Sales, Abha Station and Projects activities and plan staffing of Operations Team and provide all support within the area of responsibilities in order to achieve Company set goals and objectives.


-          Responsible for all functions of Operations Team and assist Operations Senior Managers in Planning of all administration, Projects and operation aspects.


Direct Reporting to Sr. Operation Manager.


1-      Establish information and communication systems to secure all information, changes, revised procedures and regulations related to the personnel, project and administration to staff and implement without delay.


2-      Ensure the smooth function of all Operations activities.


3-      Ensure complete secrecy concerning Management policies on different issues while dealing with different categories of staff.


4-      Ensure proper utilization of all office equipment within the Department.


5-      Maintain and update operations statistics and keeps Sr. Operations Managers as well as other concerned Department informed of the same.


6-      Ensure that various reports are received from all Sections within Operations Department and Weekly/Monthly Summary reports are generated to all concerned.


7-      Ensure efficient filing/information flow system for smooth functioning of Department.


8-      Ensure proper follow up on the validity of Ramp passes and driving licenses of all staff in Operations Department.


9-      Conduct Yearly inventory of fixed/capital assets in coordination with Sections Senior Supervisors and keep regular follow up on any inventories of various units within Operations Department.


10-  Ensure follow up on important meetings and commitments of Sr. Operations Managers.


11-  Ensure follow up on Operations activity plans and briefs Operations Sr. Managers of the progress.


12-  Discuss and pass on to the Operations Sr. Managers relevant information with regard to both the general goodwill of staff and operational information of the Department.


13-  Participate in any meetings and briefings as per prescribed schedules, and any other meetings as and when necessary.


14-  Provide assistance to operation areas during peak and whenever required.


15-  Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


16-  Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law. Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.


17-  Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.


18-  Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.


1-      Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.


2-      Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using SACC information and technical assets only for business purposes.


3-      Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in SACC before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.


Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.
