DescriptionROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Implement and enforce government relation policies, procedures and workflows as approved by senior management.
·Ensure consistent application of GRO standards across all business units.
·Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to government relations activities.
·Maintain accurate records and documentations for all GRO activities.
·Coordinate and monitor complex and high-volume government transactions to ensure critical business timelines (mobilization, onboarding) are met without regulatory risk.
·Act as the first point of escalation for operational government relations issues raised by supervisors, providing resolution guidance before escalation the Senior Government Relations Manager.
Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and follow-up of all GRO cases, renewals, and pending actions trough established trackers and systems to prevent delays, penalties, or non-compliance.
·Manage and oversee daily GRO operations, including visas, iqama processing, licenses, sponsorship transfers, registrations, renewals, and related government documentation.
·Ensure all government transactions are processed accurately, timely and in compliance with Saudi regulations and SANAD procedures.
·Review and validate GRO sub missions before escalation or final approval, as required.
·Handle complex or sensitive government relations cases and escalate critical issues to the Senior Government Relations Manager.
Oversee the daily execution and prioritization of government relations activities to ensure service levels, turnaround times, and business requirements are consistently met.
QualificationsJOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience
Education and Certifications: Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
