Category Administration
  • Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of incoming materials, recording and reporting any defects.
  • Accurately enter all material data into the system and prepare material receipt vouchers and checklists.
  • Manage loading and off-loading operations safely, both manually and using forklifts.
  • Perform stock control activities including receiving, unloading, returning, packing, pricing, and labeling materials.
  • Monitor daily warehouse operations, ensuring material availability and coordinating shipping and receiving.
  • Prepare inventory and stock reports, tracking arrival dates, quantities, and ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety policies, procedures, and warehouse regulations at all times.
