About the Role:

Hardware Technician

Core Purpose of the job:

To facilitate the availability of Business System's Technical infrastructure to internal customers by monitoring, implementation and support of IT Infrastructure, primarily Windows Authentication and Desktop support in accordance with the needs of the business and harden security in hardware by adhering to security policy, procedures and standards during the installation of IT equipment.

Requirements:

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor degree in computer science, information system, or related field.


• 1-2 years of experience in delivering Desktop services.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
