Job Title: Sales Supervisor Location: Dammam Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time Role Description We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to join the Tornado XP team. In this role, you will oversee daily sales operations for your assigned area and report directly to the Sales Manager. You will be responsible for managing individual sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high team performance.
Key Responsibilities Team Management: Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets in the assigned area. Channel Development: Identify and onboard new traders and rental shops to expand the distribution network. Key Account Management: Build strong partnerships with major companies and wholesale traders to ensure recurring bulk orders. Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and product availability in the local market and report findings to management. Sales Strategy: developing strategies to increase "shelf share" at trader locations and become the preferred supplier for rental fleets. Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience specifically in B2B, Wholesale, or Distribution of industrial products. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market of hardware traders and equipment rental companies in Saudi Arabia. Product Knowledge: Understanding of Power Tools, Generators, Air Compressors, and Construction Equipment. Skills: Strong negotiation skills for bulk deals and credit term management. Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Arabic is a strong plus for dealing with local traders.
