We are seeking an experienced Furniture Director to lead our office furniture division. This senior leadership role is ideal for a strategic professional with strong industry knowledge, proven team leadership skills, and hands-on experience working with international furniture brands as well as local manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the office furniture department, including estimators, sales, and project teams
- Develop and execute furniture strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee sourcing, specification, pricing, and delivery of office furniture solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with international furniture brands and local suppliers
- Review and approve estimates, proposals, and BOQs for commercial projects
- Drive business growth through value engineering, cost control, and innovation
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines
- Mentor and develop team members to improve performance and expertise
- Coordinate with design, sales, and project management teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior furniture role (Furniture Director / Furniture Manager / Head of Furniture) Strong background in office furniture and workplace solutions Experience working with international brands and local manufacturers Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams Strong commercial, negotiation, and supplier management skills Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field (preferred)
