The Head of Industrial Projects is responsible for leading and managing the industrial projects division within the freight forwarding organization. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale industrial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Head of Industrial Projects will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of industrial projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery. Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial projects sector. Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and increase revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in industrial project management, with a strong background in freight forwarding. Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial projects and leading cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations, logistics, and supply chain management.
