Job Announcement | Food Safety Officer
Mashar Water Factory is pleased to announce a job opening for the position of Food Safety Officer in Hail Region.

Job Type: Full-time
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree at a minimum in one of the following fields: Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
• Experience or knowledge in the field of food safety (preferably in water factories).
• Certified in:
o HACCP
o ISO 22000
• Familiarity with the regulations of the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA).
• Basic proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure implementation of all food safety systems such as HACCP and ISO 22000 within the factory.
• Monitor product quality and production processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure adherence to the regulations of the Saudi Food & Drug Authority.
• Prepare periodic reports on compliance and food safety for senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of production, testing, and corrective actions.
• Train and raise awareness among staff on safety practices and product quality.
• Update HACCP plans and quality procedures periodically or as needed.
• Represent the facility during official visits and inspections by the SFDA.
• Follow up on internal and external inspection results and address any observations or non-compliances.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in food safety and apply them as required.
