Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of innovative integration solutions using SAP CPI.
Work closely with clients to gather requirements and deliver customized integration strategies.
Develop and deploy integration flows, ensuring high quality and performance.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure smooth operation.
Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, architecture, and configurations.
Provide training and support to team members and clients on best practices in SAP CPI.
Stay updated with the latest SAP CPI features and trends to continuously enhance service delivery.
Collaborate with various internal teams to align integration solutions with business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in SAP integration, specifically with SAP CPI.
Proven knowledge of SAP modules and integration techniques.
Expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing integration scenarios using SAP CPI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong team player with experience in collaborative environments.
SAP CPI certification is preferred.
