About the Role
We’re looking for an IAM Operations Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support and run SailPoint-based identity services in a production environment. This role is hands-on and operational, focused on keeping IAM services stable, secure, and running smoothly while continuously improving processes and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow
- Handle identity lifecycle events (joiners, movers, leavers)
- Monitor provisioning jobs, connectors, and integrations
- Troubleshoot access issues, failed provisioning, and SailPoint errors
- Support access requests, approvals, and certifications
- Work with application teams to onboard and maintain integrations
- Assist with SailPoint upgrades, patches, and changes
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation
- Support audits and compliance activities when needed
- Look for opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiency
