We are looking for an Account Director to join our new team in Riyadh.
In this role, you will be instrumental in building Ten’s Business in one of its most high-profile and fast growing markets, as you lead our commercial relationships across both Clients and Partners, developing existing relationships, negotiating new strategic partnerships, and leading marketing initiatives.

Your key priorities will be: Strategic Account Growth Develop and deliver an ambitious Growth Plan by building a strong network of stakeholder relationships within the client organization and influencing client strategy to unlock growth opportunities.
Account Management Oversee the successful delivery of the corporate programme(s), meeting shared objectives and success metrics.
Manage the governance process, with monthly meetings and quarterly strategic business reviews.
Resolve day-to-day issues promptly and escalate appropriately.
Share good news both externally and to relevant teams internally.
Provide accurate, timely reports, analysing trends and translating insights into actionable plans.
Raise invoices in a timely manner and ensure payment is promptly received.
Partnership and Proposition Development Identify key partnerships in the region and negotiate a range of assets for the local market that drive engagement and strong NPS.
Monitor trends in luxury travel and lifestyle and develop the proposition accordingly to ensure our service remains cutting-edge and desirable.
Arrange and manage partner activities, as appropriate, such as networking soirées, training sessions, ensuring they are well-organized and impactful.
Marketing and Communications Develop and execute campaigns featuring the best mix of assets to meet the specific success metrics of the programme.
Networking and hosting member-facing events from time to time.

8+ years of experience in a commercial role (Account Director, Partnership Manager or similar) Proven track record of managing significant partnerships with well-known brands in sectors such as travel, luxury or financial services in the region.
Good understanding of the demands of service-led industries (luxury, hospitality, travel, concierge) and high net worth customers and how to exceed expectations.
Ability to demonstrate tangible growth and impact in previous roles.
Ability to build trust and influence quickly with both clients and internal teams.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia (100% on site)
