• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with developers, vendors, and IT teams during system design and     implementation.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
• Ensure system integration, data accuracy, and process optimization.
• Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare system documentation, workflows, and user manuals.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and IT standards.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Education        : Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer   Science, or a related field.

Certifications   : Strong understanding of ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Experience      :3–7 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
