Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with developers, vendors, and IT teams during system design and implementation.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
- Ensure system integration, data accuracy, and process optimization.
- Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and post-implementation support.
- Prepare system documentation, workflows, and user manuals.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and IT standards.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications : Strong understanding of ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
Experience :3–7 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
