Department OverviewYou will join a multi-disciplined project team dedicated to the delivery of mission-critical voice and data systems. This role is part of our commitment to the Saudi National Transformation (Tawteen), providing high-potential Saudi postgraduates with hands-on experience in the field of public safety technology and critical communications.
Job Description
As a Deployment Engineer Intern, you will assist senior engineers in the post-sales phase of projects. This is a developmental role where you will learn how to transition conceptual designs into live, functional systems. You will be mentored on Motorola Solutions’ proprietary technologies and international engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Assistance: Support the engineering team in the end-to-end deployment of IP plans and communication services.
Documentation: Assist in generating system documentation, equipment lists, and technical site records using relevant tools.
Project Coordination: Help track project progress, technical decisions, and changes alongside Project Managers.
Deployment Support: Assist in the staging, testing, and implementation of hardware and software solutions at customer sites.
Requirement Validation: Learn to validate customer requirements against pre-sales designs and assist in basic design reviews.
Continuous Learning: Maintain and grow knowledge of IP & Transmission design, virtualization, and Motorola’s public safety applications.

Nationality: Must be a Saudi National (in compliance with the Tawteen program).
Education: Recent postgraduate (Master’s or high-achieving Bachelor’s) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 0–1 years (This is an entry-level position).
Skills:
Foundational knowledge of IP networking and Transmission.
Basic understanding of Windows/Linux OS and Virtualization (VMware/KVM).
Fluency in English (written and verbal) and Arabic.
Strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
