Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead financial closing and reporting processes
- Manage AR, AP, GL, Taxation, and Fixed Assets
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards
- Supervise the finance team and provide
coaching - Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Maintain
effective financial controls and reporting mechanisms
Requirements- 10+ years in financial accounting, including
at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing full finance operations. - CPA, CA, or equivalent certification
- Strong background in IFRS
- Proven leadership and analytical skills
- Proficiency
in ERP systems - Deep knowledge of IFRS
- Strong leadership and team management
- High attention to detail and analytical
thinking - ERP system expertise (e.g., SAP)
- Strong
communication and stakeholder management skills
