We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to support operational administration and lead client acquisition efforts. This role combines administrative coordination with hands-on business development, sales execution, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence across high water-consumption sectors while ensuring smooth operational follow-ups and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage administrative operations related to import/export requirements, contract preparation, and banking registrations for company transactions.
- Handle remaining operational follow-ups, with most major administrative processes already established.
- Support documentation, compliance, and record-keeping to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Business Development & Sales
- Lead business development initiatives to expand the company’s client base across high water-consumption sectors.
- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients including restaurants, hotels, housing camps, and other commercial facilities.
- Conduct product presentations and pitches, clearly communicating water-saving benefits, cost reductions, and sustainability impact.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation through negotiation and contract closure.
Client Coordination & Account Management
- Coordinate the installation of water-saving products at client sites, ensuring proper onboarding and implementation.
- Secure and manage service contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to support retention and repeat business.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks alongside sales responsibilities.
- Experience working with commercial clients, hospitality, or facility management sectors is a plus.
- Interest in sustainability, environmental solutions, or water-saving technologies is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a growth-focused environment.
