Drive revenue growth by managing and activating existing and new relationships, converting opportunities into tangible clients in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Relationship Activation: ○ Build and strengthen strong relationships with current and potential clients in both public and private sectors.
○ Maintain continuous communication to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
2. Business Development & Sales: ○ Convert relationships and networks into real business opportunities and closed deals.
○ Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and negotiate terms to achieve revenue targets.
○ Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.
3. Market & Client Strategy: ○ Monitor and analyze the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
○ Provide regular reports on sales performance and future forecasts.
4. Internal Coordination: ○ Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
○ Contribute to developing tools and processes that enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience: ● 3–5 years of experience in sales or client relationship management in the public or private sector.
● Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain networks.
● Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
● Basic knowledge of project management and market analysis.
● Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Personal Skills: ● Proactive and leadership-oriented.
● Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
● Strong organizational and analytical skills.
● Professionalism and excellent client management skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ● Number of new clients converted into contracts.
● Revenue growth from existing and new clients.
● Client satisfaction and communication effectiveness.
● Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
