The Laser Programmer is responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for

fiber laser cutting machines to ensure accuracy and production efficiency. The role

involves coordinating with design and production teams, supervising machine

operations, and maintaining high cutting quality through effective parameter control

and team leadership.

Key

Responsibilities

1. Develop and program CNC files for Fiber laser cutting machines

2. Coordinate with the design team and production management to prepare and

validate all programs.

3. Lead and supervise laser machine operators, ensuring proper execution of

cutting programs.

4. Prepare requests for spare parts and consumables required for machine

operation.

5. Adjust and fine-tune machine parameters to achieve the desired cutting quality

and efficiency.

Requirement

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in fiber laser machine programming.

2. Proven experience in nesting software such as Lantek, CypCut, and Sigma

NEST.

3. Strong understanding of laser cutting parameters and optimization techniques.

4. Comprehensive knowledge of laser machine spare parts and consumables (e.g.,

nozzles, lenses, ceramic rings, etc.).

5. Experience in bending machine programming is considered an advantage.

Soft Skills

1. Proficiency in Lantek, CypCut, and Sigma NEST (mandatory).

2. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

3. Knowledge of SolidWorks (preferred).

4. Familiarity with Delem systems for bending operations (preferred).
