Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Supervisor based at the AMAALA Project in Al Wajh. The role is responsible for driving the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives that support employee growth, service excellence, and organizational performance. The L&D Supervisor will conduct skills assessments, identify development needs, and deliver impactful training programs that address capability gaps while aligning with business objectives and luxury brand standards. Close collaboration with department leaders and key stakeholders is essential to elevate team performance, foster a culture of continuous learning, and enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications, Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical ability to assess learning needs and measure training effectiveness Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Proven experience in program design and delivering creative, innovative learning solutions Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence key stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and engage diverse, multicultural teams Creative thinker with an out-of-the-box mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving High emotional intelligence with strong cultural awareness and sensitivity Passion for luxury hospitality, service excellence, and impactful storytelling Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring capabilities Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field Prior experience within hospitality or luxury service environments is required
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage learning and development programs aligned with luxury brand standards, service philosophy, and business objectives Deliver engaging classroom, on-the-job, and experiential learning focused on guest experience excellence, service etiquette, and emotional intelligence Serve as a strong communicator and influencer, building trust and engagement across all departments and organizational levels Partner closely with department heads to identify skill gaps, training needs, and development opportunities Develop innovative, out-of-the-box learning solutions that go beyond traditional training approaches to enhance performance and guest satisfaction Ensure all training materials consistently reflect five-star luxury standards, brand identity, and cultural sensitivity Lead and facilitate onboarding, brand immersion, and service culture programs for new colleagues Coach and mentor team members to support continuous improvement, confidence building, and leadership development Monitor, evaluate, and report on training impact using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning strategies Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Champion a learning culture that encourages curiosity, creativity, accountability, and personal growth Stay current with hospitality trends, learning technologies, and best practices within the luxury segment
