Job Summary One of our clients are looking for an Executive Secretary who provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives. The role involves managing schedules, handling confidential information, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management or executives Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy) Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and requests Assist in preparing budgets, expense reports, and procurement documentation Support office operations and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
