Key Responsibilities Lead the Transportation Supervision Section to achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets as per the Riyadh business plan. Track market trends and supervision market evolution to position the firm for future opportunities. Support business development and promotion of transportation supervision capabilities in Riyadh. Contribute to Riyadh business planning, supervision pipelines, and market intelligence. Guide the development of transportation supervision proposals. Validate man-hour rates, pricing assumptions, margins, and contingencies. Review contract terms, risks, and commercial conditions in coordination with the Contracts (KSA) team. Support proposal negotiations and final technical and commercial submissions. Oversee and monitor all transportation construction supervision projects in Riyadh. Attend kick-off meetings for major and strategic projects. Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and schedules, and support resolution of major issues. Coordinate major design changes and associated claims with design and contracts teams. Ensure resolution of claims, variations, and disputes related to supervision contracts. Ensure implementation of quality control and HSSE measures across all supervision projects. Enforce corporate policies, procedures, and supervision standards. Ensure induction, training, and ongoing development of supervision staff. Support performance evaluation of supervision staff during project close-out. Establish and maintain a healthy and high-performance work environment. Set and monitor revenue, profit, growth, and utilization targets. Develop and manage the Section budget. Track capacity and utilization levels and manage resources accordingly. Ensure supervision services are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain strong relationships with strategic and key clients. Ensure client satisfaction through regular engagement and issue resolution. Represent the organization on transportation supervision topics. Participate in industry events, conferences, and professional forums in Riyadh.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Master’s Degree in Engineering PMP Certification Chartered Engineer or equivalent
