Job Summary The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality standards. The role provides leadership to construction teams and ensures alignment with design, engineering, and client requirements.
Salary: SAR 18000 - 23400Experience: 10 - 15 years Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Roles & Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site Ensure compliance with project specifications, FIDIC contracts, and safety standards Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently Monitor progress, quality, cost, and schedule performance Resolve technical and operational issues during construction Liaise with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams for smooth execution Prepare reports on construction progress, risks, and issues for management Implement best practices and continuous improvement in construction execution
Mandatory Requirements At least 15 years of professional experience, including E2-level experience Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering Proven experience in construction projects in the GCC region Knowledge of FIDIC design and contractual requirements Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
