Role Overview
The Senior Leasing Executive – Lifestyle, Fashion & Specialty Retail is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing leasing deals within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, athleisure, services, and specialty retail categories. The role focuses on deal execution, tenant acquisition, and revenue contribution, working closely with the Senior Leasing Manager to support approved tenant mix plans and leasing targets across the company's malls and retail centers.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing Execution & Deal Closure Identify and source suitable fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and specialty retail tenants aligned with approved category plans. Execute leasing transactions from prospecting and outreach through presentations, site tours, LOI negotiation, and deal handover. Present asset propositions and commercial offers to prospective tenants and brand representatives. Support negotiations within approved pricing matrices and commercial authority limits. Work closely with the Senior Leasing Manager to progress deals and close transactions efficiently. Tenant Sourcing & Market Coverage Build and maintain an active pipeline of local, regional, and international retail brands. Track market trends, competitor activity, new brand entries, and retail developments in KSA. Engage with brokers, franchise operators, and retail groups to generate deal flow. Provide market feedback and prospect intelligence to support leasing decisions. Coordination & Documentation Coordinate with UAPM, Tenant Relations, Design, and Project teams during tenant onboarding and handover. Liaise with Finance and Legal teams to support LOI preparation and lease documentation. Ensure all leasing activities, deal stages, and tenant data are accurately maintained in the CRM system. Prepare deal summaries, leasing packs, and pipeline updates as required.
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail leasing. Proven ability to source tenants and close leasing deals. Strong understanding of retail positioning and category dynamics. Good commercial negotiation and communication skills. CRM literacy (Yardi, Zoho, Hub Spot, or similar).
