Key Responsibilities:Engage with clients to understand their project needs and design requirements Prepare technical proposals, visual presentations, and quotations Collaborate with design and production teams to align on deliverables Utilize interior design tools (Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.) to develop and support proposals Attend client meetings and present technical solutions with confidence Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into projects Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field2+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in furniture, fit-out, or architectural products Strong proficiency in design software (Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, etc.) Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
