Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a strategic framework for operational technology security that aligns with the overall risk management strategy of Qiddiya.
Lead and manage the OT security team, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits of OT systems to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary remediation steps.
Collaborate with IT counterparts to integrate cybersecurity practices across both IT and OT environments.
Monitor and respond to security incidents in OT environments, ensuring timely containment and resolution.
Work with external vendors and service providers to maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Drive security awareness initiatives aimed at educating employees about OT security risks and protocols.
Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in the field of OT security, adapting strategies as needed.

7+ years of experience in OT security, with a strong focus on risk management and incident response.

Strong familiarity with security protocols, tools, and frameworks relevant to operational technology.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive security initiatives.
