Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Manage daily showroom operations and staff scheduling.
• Lead, train, and supervise the optical team.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Oversee inventory control, stock availability, and merchandising.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure service quality.
• Prepare operational and sales performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudization requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Optometry, Optical Science, or Business Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in optical retail, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of lenses, frames, and international eyewear brands.
• Ability to manage daily showroom operations, sales targets, inventory, and staff scheduling.
• Strong leadership, reporting, and customer service skills.
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
