Access Management: Administer, update, and grant system permissions in accordance with job requirements and authority regulations.
User Support & Training: Provide technical assistance regarding system permissions and train users on business applications.
Inquiry Management: Respond to user queries, gather feedback on e-services, and escalate issues to the relevant departments.
System Development: Review requests for new screens or reports and coordinate development needs with the management team.
Quality Assurance: Test software updates and new features before deployment to main servers to ensure functionality and stability.
Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on system performance and user support activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 8+ years of practical experience in technical support or business systems administration.
Education: Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Finance, HR, or Procurement & Warehouse management).
Technical Skills: Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in enterprise application support.
Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to train diverse user groups.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as IT Cambridge are preferred.
Language: Advanced level of Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
