Marina Inc. is expanding its wood fabrication department and is looking for a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, quality, and delivery. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will be responsible for managing people, materials, timelines, and output on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily production operations in the wood fabrication workshop Plan and schedule jobs to meet deadlines Supervise workshop staff and subcontractors Ensure quality standards, safety, and proper use of materials Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams Monitor production progress and solve issues quickly Control wastage and improve efficiency
Ideal Profile5+ years experience in wood fabrication or carpentry production Strong understanding of joinery, finishes, and materials Experience managing teams and workshop operations Organized, practical, and solution-oriented Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
