Job Summary The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the engineering function across assigned projects, ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, and compliance with design standards, quality, and safety requirements. The role provides strategic technical leadership, mentoring, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Salary: SAR 18000 - 23400Experience: 8 - 10 years Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Roles & Responsibilities Lead engineering design, review, and execution activities across projects Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and quality requirements Coordinate engineering teams, consultants, and stakeholders for seamless project delivery Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff Review and approve engineering deliverables, drawings, and reports Monitor project engineering progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans Support integration of design, construction, and operational requirements Ensure effective communication of technical issues and decisions to stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements At least 15 years of professional experience, including E2-level experience Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering Proven experience in similar projects as Principal Engineer Strong communication and leadership skills Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
